Michael M. Carter is a serial technology and fintech software entrepreneur and angel investor who is best known for being the founder and CEO of BizEquity, the worlds largest provider of online and cloud-based business valuation data and services.  

BizEquity is now part of Advance Media. Michael has worked closely with, and was a business partner of, the legendary U.S. investor and Venture capitalist, Warren V. “Pete” Musser, who was the founding investor of Comcast, QVC, Novell, Brandywine Realty Trust, and over 400 businesses and 5 private equity and venture capital fund families.

Michael is the co-author of a new best-selling book on next generation entrepreneur-led capitalism called “The Mission Corporation.”  Michael is also co-author “What’s Your Business Worth” the leading book on business valuation in the 21st century.  Michael has been called one of the top global FinTech entrepreneur by global financial technology media company Hot Topics.  Michael is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, a Jesuit University based in Philadelphia, P.A.  He is the founder and Co-Chairman of The Mission Corporation Foundation.
