Sally built her foundation at Mercury Asset Management in London and Merrill Lynch, where she sourced asset management mandates from high-net-worth clients and their intermediaries across the UK, Northern Europe, and the Channel Islands. She went on to lead the integration of multiple post-merger businesses, including the Mercury Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group integration and the $40B SMA platform and alternatives integration following Merrill Lynch Investment Managers’ merger with BlackRock.
At BlackRock, where she served as Managing Director for over a decade, Sally held senior leadership roles in the US Wealth business – leading a 200+ person internal sales organization and the US Wealth Marketing function. She restructured sales compensation and incentives, built BlackRock’s first Value Add Team, and launched integrated marketing and sales campaigns that drove engagement and flows across funds, ETFs, SMAs, and alternatives.
In 2018, Sally founded iForward LLC, where she advises senior executives on career development, growth strategy, and sales and marketing performance – helping leaders sharpen decision-making, build stronger teams, and navigate change.
Now a Partner at Convergency Partners, Sally works with asset managers, wealth managers, and fintech firms to build and scale the commercial infrastructure that drives growth — drawing on a career built at the intersection of distribution strategy, marketing leadership, and organizational change.
